Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation are free in Cairo and Giza for orders above 15,000 EGP after discount; otherwise 1,000 EGP. Other governorates are quoted per order.

There are no deliveries on Fridays.

Payment and handover

50% deposit and the balance 48 hours before delivery. Card payments are accepted at the showroom only.

Ready pieces are delivered within a week. Custom manufacturing takes 30 working days.

Warranty periods

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and starts on the date of delivery.

• 10 years: bedrooms and dining rooms made entirely of natural wood (beech, countertop wood, Swedish).
• 5 years: bedrooms and dining rooms.
• 3 years: living room sets, corner sofas, recliners, sofa beds and living room tables.
• 1 year: outdoor garden furniture.

What is not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, breakage or scratches.
• Fabrics, leathers, accessories, glass, marble, lighting, handles and outdoor frames.
• Breakage caused by transport or installation by a party not approved by the company.
• Any tampering with the product or repair outside the company voids the warranty.
• Damage from chemical treatments or cleaners, excess humidity or poor storage.
• Goods sold in a clearance sale.
• Products used for commercial purposes (hospitals, shops, companies and so on).

Scope of the warranty

The warranty is for the original buyer only, is not transferable, and is valid within Egypt only. In all cases it is limited to repairing the product or the affected part.
